Whether you're a competitive striker or just fancy a laugh with friends, FootGolf is a brand-new way to enjoy the fields.
HOW TO PLAY
1. Start at the Tee Area Begin each hole by placing your ball on the tee area and kicking toward the hole.
2. Take Turns – Furthest First Whoever’s ball is furthest from the hole kicks next. Keep taking turns until everyone finishes the hole.
3. Count Your KicksEvery kick = 1 stroke. The player with the fewest strokes at the end wins. Max 10 kicks per hole!
4. Use Your Feet OnlyNo hands, no other body parts — just feet!
5. Kick Rules One clean kick – no scooping or dragging. Wait for your ball to stop before kicking again. Only one ball should move at a time.
6. Play It As It Lies Kick from where your ball stops — unless it’s stuck, out of bounds, or unplayable.
7. Out of PlayIf your ball goes out of bounds: Bring it back to the nearest point. Add 1 stroke penalty
8. Bunkers (Woodchip Zones) Kick gently. No running or scooping.
9. FootwearWear trainers or flat covered shoes. No boots with studs or spikes.
10. Be Kind & Keep It Moving Keep pace with others, don’t distract other players Respect the course and each other.
🏁 Scoring Keep track of your kicks on the scorecard. Lowest total wins!
FOOTGOLF RULES
You must be fit enough to take part in physical activity. If unsure, consult a doctor before playing. Not suitable during pregnancy. Play at your own risk; we are not liable for injuries.
Wear strong, closed-toe footwear (no studs or spikes).
Do not aim balls at people. Wait until the area is clear before kicking. You are responsible for your shots; keep control of your ball at all times.
Take care when retrieving balls from holes. Do not step into holes or touch flags or poles.
Do not climb or move obstacles – they are for gameplay only.
Maximum 5 people per group per hole.
Wait until the group ahead has fully cleared the hole before starting.
If your ball goes out of bounds, retrieve it only from safe grassed areas. Do not enter hedges, trees, brambles, crops, weeds, or ditches. Ask staff for help if needed.
Lost balls will incur a £10 charge payable on exit.
No children under 2 allowed on the course.
Anyone not following rules or disrespecting the course will be asked to leave without refund.
