Terms & Conditions – Event Ticket Sales

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at events organised by Sam’s Sunflowers (“the Organiser”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing a ticket or attending an event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Definitions: “Event” means any attraction, entertainment, festival, sunflower field experience, live music event, or activity operated by the Organiser. “Ticket Holder” means any person attending the Event.“ Venue” means the event site and surrounding land used for the Event.
2. Ticket Purchase: All tickets are sold subject to availability. A booking confirmation does not guarantee entry without a valid ticket. Tickets may not be resold, copied, transferred for commercial gain, or reproduced without written permission. We reserve the right to cancel any ticket suspected of resale, fraud, duplication, or misuse.
3. Pricing & Payments: All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Booking fees and transaction charges may apply. Full payment must be received before tickets are issued.
4. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
4.1 Non-Refundable TicketsAll tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except where required under UK consumer law.Refunds will not be given for:adverse weather, illness or injury, travel disruption, traffic delays, change of personal circumstances, failure to attend, dissatisfaction with weather, mud, queues, insects, crops, or countryside conditions.
4.2 Event Cancellation: If the Organiser cancels an Event entirely, customers will be entitled to a refund of the ticket face value only.Booking fees, transaction fees, accommodation, travel expenses, or other associated costs are excluded.
4.3 Event Changes: The Organiser reserves the right to:change event dates or times, amend entertainment or activities, alter site layouts, substitute attractions, limit access to areas, or reduce opening times where reasonably necessary. Such changes shall not automatically entitle customers to refunds.
5. Admission Rights: Valid tickets must be shown upon entry. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove individuals without refund for:abusive behaviour, threatening conduct, intoxication, drug use, unsafe behaviour, criminal activity, failure to follow staff instructions, breach of these Terms.Security checks and bag searches may be carried out where necessary.
6. Children: Children under 16 must remain supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for children attending the Event. All attendees, including infants, may require a valid ticket unless otherwise stated.
7. Outdoor Event & Assumption of Risk: The Event takes place outdoors on a working farm and countryside land. Visitors acknowledge and accept that:ground conditions may be uneven, muddy, slippery, dusty, or hazardous, weather conditions may change quickly, crops, poisonous plants, insects, pollen, animals, machinery, fencing, and natural hazards may be present.
Visitors attend entirely at their own risk. Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn.
8. Health & Safety: Visitors must follow all signage and instructions, stay within permitted public areas, behave responsibly, avoid damaging crops, property, fencing, equipment, or attractions. The following are prohibited: climbing on structures, entering restricted areas, damaging flowers or crops, throwing objects, dangerous or reckless behaviour, standing on tables or furniture. The Organiser may remove anyone creating a safety risk.
9. Food, Drink & Prohibited Items: Unless expressly permitted: no outside food or drink may be brought onto site. No alcohol, no illegal substances, no fireworks, no weapons, no BBQs, no drones, no generators or hazardous items. Exceptions may be made for: baby food, medical dietary requirements, prescribed medication.
10. Animals: No dogs or animals are permitted unless attending designated dog-friendly events, except registered assistance dogs. Assistance dogs must remain under control at all times.
11. Photography, Filming & Media Consent: Photography, filming, CCTV, live-streaming , and media recording may take place during the Event. By attending, visitors grant the Organiser the irrevocable right to use photographs, video, or recordings containing their image or likeness for: advertising, marketing, social media, promotional materials, press coverage, website content, without compensation or approval rights.
12. Parking & Vehicles: Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner’s risk.The Organiser accepts no liability for:theft, vehicle damage, accidents, loss of contents, delays leaving the site. Visitors must comply with steward instructions and parking signage.
13. Personal Property: All personal property is brought onto the Venue at the owner’s risk. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for: lost property, theft, accidental damage, broken personal items.
14. Liability: The Organiser’s total liability shall not exceed the face value of the ticket purchased, the Organiser shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential losses, loss of enjoyment, wasted expenditure, accommodation, or travel costs.
15. Force Majeure: The Organiser shall not be liable for cancellation, delays, reduced access, or disruption caused by events beyond reasonable control including: severe weather, flooding, fire, disease outbreaks, pandemics, government restrictions, power failures, supplier failures, terrorism, industrial disputes, emergencies.
16. Accessibility: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility requirements where possible. Customers requiring assistance should contact us before attending.
17. Data Protection & Privacy: Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.Information may be used for:ticket administration, customer support, event communication, marketing where consent has been provided.
18. Intellectual Property: All branding, logos, event names, website content, images, and promotional materials remain the property of the Organiser and may not be reproduced without permission.
19. Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
